The Malta Council for Culture & the Arts will once again be organising a jam-packed programme for Notte Bianca, which will be held in Valletta on the night of September 25th. The event, which has drawn thousands of people to Valletta over the past few years, consists of a rich mix of history, culture and entertainment, with activities being held right across the capital city.
